Frankie E. Woo is the founder of Fiducia Legal, established in 2008. Attorney Frankie believes that the firm is aptly named because Fiducia means trust or confidence in Latin, and is the root of the word Fiduciary, which can either be defined as an individual in whom another has placed the utmost trust and confidence to protect property and money, or the relationship wherein one person has an obligation to act for another’s benefit. By focusing his practice exclusively on estate planning (drafting wills, trusts and powers of attorney), on probate and on trust administration, he represents and counsels primarily fiduciaries in their roles as trustees, executors, conservators, guardians or agents with power of attorney.
Attorney Frankie has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1990. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, and from the University of Washington School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court – Central District of California.
In 2008, Attorney Frankie restarted the legal counselling program at the Whittier Senior Center, which still continues today. He was also on the estate planning and probate referral panels at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County and the Southeast District Bar Association. He strongly believes in connecting with in the local community.
